FAQ

Who is the course for?
This course is for students who have taken traditional painting classes or have gouache painting experience and seek to apply their knowledge to digital painting for animation.

How selective is the portfolio review?
We will review based on the overall skill level of all the applicants. We want to make sure students are comfortable with traditional painting and have a basic understanding of color and lighting.  Students still struggling with handling traditional paint may want to wait to take this class.

Can I take the class if I can’t attend the Live Sessions and just watch the recordings?
We strongly recommend you only enroll if you can attend the live sessions. We will only live critique the homework of students present during the live sessions.
